Your e-Student Bill will be available on week 3 from the commencement of your trimester/semester.

 

Email notification would be sent to your UTAR email address to inform you that your e-Student Bill is available for you to print for payment purpose.

 

You will receive softcopy of Student Bill for your duration of study in UTAR. To access your e-Student Bill:

 

 (a)  Please login to the UTAR Portal, and select the "My Billing" tab.

 (b)  You are required to print the PDF version of your Student Bill for payment purpose.

 (c)  To access the printable version of your Student Bill, click on the PDF icon.

 (d)  You are advised to read the instructions on the Student Bill before paying your bill.

 (e)  Contact your Faculty General Office if you have any queries on your Student Bill.

 

*Contact your Faculty General Office immediately if you do not receive your e-Student Bill in week 3.

 

You are advised to make payment before payment due date stated on your Student Bill.

 

Your payment must be in full amount as stated on your Student Bill.

Payment of UTAR Student Bill can be made in any of the following ways:  

Payment via JomPAY Participating Banks

  

Please follow the steps below: 

Step 1: Logon to your Internet or Mobile Banking account.

Step 2: Select the JomPAY mode of payment.

Step 3: Enter the JomPAY Biller Code and its Reference Number, then confirm payment.

Payment through Public Bank's Internet Banking Service

 

For payments made through internet banking, log on to www.pbebank.com.my, a service provided by Public Bank Bhd to their savings and current account holders for payments made through internet banking.  You would need to have the User ID and Password to login to the PBeBank.com service.  Please follow the steps below:

  

Step   1: Log on to www.pbebank.com.my 

Step   2: Click 'Login'.

Step   3: Enter your 'Internet Banking User ID' and 'Password'.

Step   4: Click 'Payment'.

Step   5: Click 'Bill Payment'.

Step   6: Select 'UTAR-Bill Payment' from 'Corporation Code'.

Step   7: Click the drop-down menu of 'From Account' and select on the payer's account.

Step   8: Enter 'Bank Reference 1' and 'Bank Reference 2' as shown in your Student Bill and click 'Accept'.

Step   9: Click 'Confirm'. A push notification will sent to your mobile phone.

Step 10Click 'Approve'  at PB SecureSign screen from mobile phone. (If you have not registered the PB SecureSign. Please contact your bank.

Step 11: Print the '6-Digit Reference Number' shown on the Confirmation Page as proof/reference for your successful transaction.

A service fee will be charged by the Bank for each successful transaction. 

Upon successful execution of the internet bank service, you are advised to print the 6-digit reference number shown on the confirmation page for your record and also as receipt reference.

Payment at Public Bank Branches

 

  • Present the Student Bill and complete the pay-in slip with account no.3999207316 when making payment to the teller. The bill will be retained by the bank.
  • Payment can be made in the form of cash / cheque / bank draft . All payments should be made payable to 'Universiti Tunku Abdul Rahman'.
  • A service fee will be charged by the Bank for each transaction.



Payment at the Division of Finance, UTAR

  • Present Student Bill when making payment.
  • Payment can be made in the form of cheque / bank draft . All payment should be made payable to 'Universiti Tunku Abdul Rahman'.
  • Public Bank credit card and debit card are accepted for payment of Student Bill.
  • Payment in cash will not be accepted.

Students who missed the payment due date stated in the Student Bill are required to download the latest student bill with a late payment charge of RM 30.00 from the Student Portal during the grace period.

 

After the grace period, for reinstatement of study arising from the withdrawal by the University due to non-payment of trimester/semester fees, a reinstatement fee of RM100.00 and a late payment of RM 50.00 will be charged.

 

You are advised to make payment before the due date stated on your latest Student Bill.

 

Your payment must be in full amount as stated on your Student Bill.



You will be withdrawn by the University if you do not pay your Student Bill by:

 (a)  End of Week 6 for Short Trimester; or

 (b)  End of Week 10 for Long Trimester/Semester with 12-teaching-week; or

 (c)  End of Week 12 for Long Trimester/Semester with 14-teaching-week

 

from the commencement date of the trimester/semester.

After the withdrawal, you are required to download the latest student bill from the Student Portal.  A reinstatement fee of RM 100.00 and a late payment charge of RM50.00 will be imposed. 

 

You are advised to make payment before payment due date stated on your latest Student Bill.

 

Your payment must be in full amount as stated on your Student Bill.
